Court Updates
- EOIR (Immigration Courts) are open for detained and non-detained dockets, subject to closures. To determine your jurisdictions operational status click here.
- USCIS field offices are open and following social distancing protocols.
- Application support centers are open.
- All cancelled USCIS/EOIR appointments will be rescheduled.
- New Jersey State Courts are open but jury trials are extremely limited. Most matters are being conducted remotely.
- New Jersey Municipal Courts are open. However, most matters are being conducted remotely.
